Event Equipment Rental

Music & event rental FAQ

How much does wedding sound system rental cost?

Wedding sound system prices vary by guest capacity and duration — 6/8/12-hour packages range from millions of IDR for portable PA (Yamaha StagePas, Bose L1) to tens of millions for JBL/RCF line array 500–1000 pax. All packages include operator & soundman.

What is included in PA system rental per event?

PA packages typically include active/passive speakers, mixer, wireless mics, cables, soundman, and local transport. Premium line array (d&b, JBL VTX, RCF TTL) for large weddings usually includes rigging & dedicated technicians.

Can I rent Pioneer DJ equipment for events?

Yes — many vendors rent Pioneer DDJ controllers, DJM mixers, and CDJ packages for wedding receptions, corporate parties, and club events. DJ operator optional or bring your own (channel test required at handover).

Is event lighting & generator backup available?

Yes — moving heads, par LEDs, and truss available separately or bundled in event packages. Generator backup (5–20 kVA silent) recommended for outdoor weddings so sound & lighting stay on during power trips.

What is required to book an event package?

Level 2 verification (ID + selfie), 30–50% down payment for wedding packages, and venue details (indoor/outdoor, power supply, noise restrictions). Premium packages >IDR 5M require Level 3 verification.
